Bail is set at $1000 for a 22-year-old Manitowoc man facing multiple charges after allegedly pointing a gun at another man over the weekend.
Dominique M. Elliot is charged with suspicion of recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct while armed, obstructing, and felony bail jumping.
Officers were called just before midnight Saturday to a residence in the 1200 block of New York Avenue for a report of a man with a firearm. Police say Elliot fled the scene and located him driving and pulled him over on Washington Avenue.
He denied the allegations against him that contradicted video from the scene showing Elliot getting into an argument with the victim and a round of ammunition being heard going into a gun held in his hand.
The condition of bail is that Elliot have no contact with the victim. He remains in the County Jail with his initial appearance set for December 7th at 1:30 p.m.
