The Appleton Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday night, and are asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect.
The robbery occurred at around 8:00 PM at the AT&T store on the 3300 block of East Calumet Street. Staff at the store told officers that the man entered the store, brandishing a weapon, and fled with several items.
The store had no other occupants in it at the time.
Officials have not yet been able to locate the suspect, who is described as a black man standing about 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighing between 160 and 180 lbs. He was wearing a blue and white windbreaker jacket, jeans, and a blue facemask.
