A Milwaukee County court commissioner has ordered the 15-year-old Mayfair Mall shooting suspect to be held in secure juvenile detention.
The teenager is charged with eight felony counts of first-degree reckless injury.
His attorney requested that the boy be returned to his parents with G-P-S monitoring.
Part of the decision was based on the fact the suspect has been adjudicated delinquent in the past.
The next court date in the case will be December 3rd before Circuit Judge Brittany Grayson.
Eight people were wounded when gunfire broke out during a fight at the mall last week.
