Ziegelbauer states, “Marc Holsen is leaving for a job in the private sector. He did a great job for us and we wish him well. We welcome Greg Grotegut as the new Highway Commissioner.”
Grotegut has served the Department for more than a decade in various capacities including Paving Foreman, Patrol Superintendent, and Operations Manager.
A second change come at the Health Department where Mary Halada is leaving and the new leader there is Manitowoc native Stephanie Lambert.
“She’s a local person and has many worldwide experiences. Stephanie comes to us from the Centers For Disease Control in Atlanta Georgia.” Ziegelbauer says of the two new department heads, “We have two new administrative changes and are excited to have both Greg and Stephanie as part of our team going forward.” Lambert begins work on Monday while Grotegut begins his new job on November 30th.
