While President Donald Trump has filed for a recount in Dane and Milwaukee Counties, Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno says that her county is not being recounted.
Juno has stated that she would like to thank the democrat and republican parties of Brown County for their assistance in securing people to participate in the potential recount. In addition, she thanked numerous volunteers throughout the community that also contacted the clerk’s office offering to assist as well.
President Trump reportedly wired the $3 million required to trigger the recount to the Wisconsin Elections Commission at around 11:00 AM, well ahead of the 5:00 PM deadline.
