Strangling his domestic partner is resulting in a four-year federal prison sentence for a Wisconsin man.
Prosecutors told the court 34-year-old Justin Moore attacked the woman at a home in Keshena on the Menominee Indiana Reservation. Her name hasn’t been released.
Investigators say she suffered injuries that required medical treatment. Moore pleaded guilty to the federal charges last August.
When he gets out of prison, he will be on supervised release for three years.
