Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley
As we draw ever closer to the first major snowfall of the season, there are some things homeowners need to remember.
In his weekly Two Rivers City Update, City Manager Greg Buckley spoke about the snow removal requirements for those with sidewalks in front of their homes.
Snow and ice are required to be removed from the sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowstorm, and Buckley reminded those with a corner lot that includes out to the corners to clean those corner ramps to allow for access.
But until then, the City will continue to provide a leaf pick up service through Thanksgiving. The north side will be taken care of on Mondays, Tuesdays are designated for between the rivers, and Fridays are for the south side.
Buckley ended the update by saying “Let’s hope the little snow we had this morning disappears, and we enjoy a few more days of weather for outdoor activities.”
Buckley will issue a City Update every Tuesday on 107.9 FM WOMT, at WOMTRadio.com, on 97.1 FM WCUB, and at CubRadio.com at 8:05 AM.
