Milwaukee police say the shooting of a 12-year-old boy Saturday is believed to be an accident. No names have been released.
Investigators say a 13-year-old boy was playing with a gun Saturday shortly after 6:00 p-m when it discharged and wounded the victim.
The younger boy was rushed to a hospital and is expected to survive.
No charges have been filed, but police say their investigation is continuing.
