The City of Manitowoc Engineering Division has announced a road closure for today (Wednesday).
According to Greg Minikel , the Engineering Division Manager, the section of North 7th Street between York and Buffalo Streets will be closed off to traffic today to allow for workers to repair or replace a water service in that area.
He anticipates that the work will be completed by the end of the workday.
