No deal for Houston’s Will Fuller, and no help is coming for the Packers run defense.
Green Bay general manager Brian Gutekunst decided to hang on to his draft picks as the N-F-L trade deadline passed.
The Houston Chronicle reports the Texans were asking for a second-round draft pick for the speedy Fuller. His injury history probably kept that from happening.
If the Packers are going to put an end to opponents having the ability to gouge them with a ground game, that improvement is apparently going to have to come from within.
