An attempt to locate and check welfare for Dale Vogt has come up empty.
He was last seen by his wife at approximately 3:15 AM in the City of Horicon. He left the residence on foot without his cell phone or telling his wife where he was going. Dale is described as a shorter male with a slim build, wearing a checkered type shirt with jeans and possibly a baseball cap. Dale has a history of cognitive challenges and the family wishes for his safe return home.
He is 5’7, weighs 130 lbs, and is 62 years old.
