A May 2021 trial date has been set for a 64-year-old man accused of shooting three people and killing one at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Wausau last year.
Henry West appeared via Zoom in Marathon County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Investigators say West was in the middle of being evicted from his Schofield apartment and was still angry about being fired from a job at the cemetery several years before when he opened fire.
52-year-old Patty Grimm, the cemetery’s general manager, was killed and two others were wounded.
