An accused killer in the Kenosha County Jail has been charged with beating another inmate while he waits for his homicide trial.
17-year-old Martice Fuller is scheduled to go on trial next week.
Fuller is charged as an adult with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of his former girlfriend, Kayla Juga.
Now, prosecutors say Fuller and three other inmates were involved in an attack inside the jail last week. Some of it was caught on surveillance video.
Fuller’s homicide trial starts in Kenosha County Circuit Court November 6th.
