A feud between two Janesville brothers results in a call to the fire department and the arrest of one of them.
Janesville Police and firefighters responded at 7:30 AM Monday to find two fires set outside the victim’s home. The flames were put out, but the home was damaged.
The victim told investigators his 29-year-old brother, Andrew Logue, admitted he set the fires and said he was armed and would “take out” the first police officer that showed up at his house. Logue was taken into custody and was found to have several incendiary devices inside his home.
He is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, arson, possession of Molotov cocktails, and disorderly conduct.
His brother’s name wasn’t released and no injuries were reported.
