Firefighters say a barn was fully engulfed when they arrived at the farm near Watertown Tuesday morning just after 8:00 a-m.
Property owners reported the fire after they were notified by a passerby.
The roof of the barn began to collapse shortly after emergency responders arrived. No people are animals were inside the barn as it burned.
Crews from fire departments in Waterloo, Sullivan, Clyman, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, and Ixonia joined in the effort.
Damages are estimated at $200,000 for the barn itself and another $76,000 for its contents.
