The Milwaukee Bucks plan to keep N-B-A Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo – even if he rejects the expected 221-million-dollar max contract offer.
The Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat are two teams expected to go after the 6′ 11″ forward if he becomes a free agent.
To avoid winding up with nothing, the Bucks could trade him for a big haul of talent and draft picks.
But, they’re not going to do that.
Team leaders say they will try to improve their roster this off-season and use the new year to show the Greek Freak why he should stay in Milwaukee.
He’s indicated he wants to stay, but that he also wants to “win championships.”
