The mother and father of a baby that died last spring will return to Wood County Circuit Court December 2nd.
24-year-old Marilyn Feher will be sentenced to a life term in prison, but the judge will decide whether she will be eligible for parole.
24-year-old Allen Rice will have a pre-trial hearing on the same day. He is charged with child neglect and obstruction.
Feher was taken to Marshfield Medical Center last April. Doctors determined she had been pregnant, but she wouldn’t tell them where her baby was.
The baby was found in a plastic bag in the trunk of a car in the hospital parking lot.
Doctors were able to revive the infant, but it died later the same day.
