
Two Manitowoc residents are in the County Jail on $7500 cash bail after being arrested on multiple felony drug charges Tuesday afternoon.
32-year-old Breanna E. Pieschel-Lund is charged with Delivery of Fentanyl within 1000 feet of a park, Keeper of a Drug House, Bail Jumping, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth, Fentanyl and Heroin, while 29-year-old Malachi R. Hetzer is charged with Party to the Crime of Possession of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Heroin, with Intent to Deliver and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, all with Repeat Enhancers.
Manitowoc County Metro Drug Investigators, with assistance from the State Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation in Milwaukee, received information and conducted surveillance on subjects driving to the Milwaukee area and transporting narcotics back to Manitowoc for distribution. Law Enforcement located and stopped the vehicle on I-43 south of Manitowoc which was occupied by the two suspects.
A search of the vehicle and the occupants uncovered items of Drug Paraphernalia. When Pieschel-Lund was searched at the County Jail Investigators discovered approximately 35 grams of meth, about 2 grams of heroin and five grams of Fentanyl along with packaging material within her clothing.
Conditions of Bail are that Pieschel-Lund and Hetzer are to have “no contact” with on another.
Initial appearances for both defendants are scheduled for October 19th 1:30 p.m.
