It was a back and forth contest last night in Reedsville, as the Lancers eked out a win against the Panthers 3 games to 2.
The teams split the first 4 sets, but the Lancers were able to pull out the win with a 15-10 win in the overtime set.
Lutheran did not report any individual statistics, but we do know that Reedsville was led by Mallory Novy, who earned 9 service points and 11 kills. Kara Keikhaefer was a defensive machine for the Panthers, accounting for 10 digs, and 2.5 blocks. Katelyn Larson was a great teammate as well, as she accounted for 36 assists.
The Lancers are now 11-4 on the year and 5-0 in conference. Up next for the Lancers is an away contest at Hilbert on Monday, while the Panthers prepare for a Tuesday contest at St. Mary Catholic.
