A trial scheduled to start in Outagamie County Circuit Court November 16th will focus on the insanity plea for a teenager charged with killing his grandparents.
A “manifesto” typed by 18-year-old Alexander Kraus outlining what he intended to do will be used as evidence.
Kraus entered a guilty plea in June to two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
The November hearing will be a part of his sentencing determination.
Kraus admitted shooting Dennis and Letha Kraus to death April 14th, 2019, at their home in Grand Chute.
Several pages of his manifesto reportedly contain his plans for killing the two victims.
