The owners of the Milwaukee Bucks are making access to voting a focus of the organization’s activity now that the season is over.
The Bucks are partnering with the nonpartisan effort called “When We All Vote” to get people registered while also distributing groceries to those in need.
Dozens of cars passed through the property south of the Fiserv Forum Saturday at an event called Fuel the Vote.
Volunteers were coached before the first cars showed up that it was a nonpartisan effort and they shouldn’t advocate for any particular candidate.
Team Vice President Alex Lasry says the Bucks want to be a “community team” – that why people can go to the Fiserv Forum starting October 20th for early voting.
