There is only one meeting on the docket this evening in Two Rivers.
The City Council will be holding a work session meeting at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall and will start by taking actions related to funding planned for the storm water pond on the former Eggers Downtown property. They will do the same for funding for the planned reconstruction of the Pine Tree Lift Station and the Mariners Trail resurfacing project before entering a closed session.
In that session the Council will be discussing city assistance for other projects before considering two offers to purchase the former Paragon Partners property on Parkway Boulevard. On top of the previously released Enlight Group II LLC proposal, AIM Manitowoc LLC has also thrown a bid into the ring.
