Governor Tony Evers is ordering flags be flown at half-staff Saturday in Wisconsin in honor of fallen firefighters. A Silent Procession ceremony will be held Saturday night at the Wisconsin State Firefighters Memorial in Wisconsin Rapids.
Evers said, “Our firefighters go to work every day putting their health and safety on the line in order to protect their friends, neighbors, and communities.” Flags will also be lowered on October 10th for Wisconsin Firefighters Memorial Day.
