Some good news on the Packers injury front. Green Bay nose tackle Kenny Clark was cleared to practice in pads Thursday.
It marked the first time Clark took the field since leaving the season opener at Minnesota with a groin injury.
He joined his teammates and participated in all individual drills in practice, however, coaches say this does not mean that Clark will play in Sunday night’s game in New Orleans.
Clark’s return would be a big boost for the Packer defense.
Tyler Lancaster and Kingsley Keke handled most of the nose tackle duties against Detroit.
Packers Pro Bowl wide-out Davante Adams did not practice again on Thursday.
