Legislative Republicans are appealing a federal court ruling that extends the window for Wisconsin to accept absentee ballots.
The G-O-P appeal comes just a few days after Judge William Conley ruled that clerks will be allowed to accept ballots that have been postmarked by Election Day, even if they come in later.
The same ruling also extended the window for requesting an absentee ballot.
Experts are expecting the ruling to head all the way up to the U-S Supreme Court.
