
An independent consultant will review the Kenosha Police shooting of Jacob Blake last month.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul and Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced the hiring of former Madison Police Chief Noble Wray Monday.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice says its investigation of the shooting is in its final stages – and the results will be turned over to Wray.
Officials say if the prosecutor decides there is no reason to charge Police Officer Rusten Sheskey – and no other factors are involved – the D-O-J reports will be released to the public.
