An Appleton man is facing his 6th OWI charge after being arrested over the weekend.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is reported that a troop noticed 37-year-old Lee Thao driving erratically at around 9:30 PM on Saturday and conducted a traffic stop. The Trooper reported noticing signs of impairment which lead to a field sobriety test being administered.
Thao was determined to be under the influence and was taken to an area hospital for a blood draw, before being taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
Thao has been charged with 6th Offence OWI.
