When a 56-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody Wednesday it was the second arrest for him in two days.
The man’s name hasn’t been released.
He was accused of pointing a rifle at protesters just one day after he allegedly threatened a neighbor with a chainsaw.
Protesters near his home called 9-1-1 when the man was seen inside his home, near a window, indicating he was chambering a round into his long gun, then pointing it at the crowd.
