The Manitowoc Public District has confirmed its second and third confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The District says both are at Lincoln High School and reported them on Monday. The lone previous case was at Franklin Elementary last Thursday. MPSD’s COVID-19 protocols require that those who test positive must remain at home until at least 10 days pass since symptoms began and that coughing and breathing improve and temperatures remain below 100.4 after at least 24 hours without the use of medications.
