The Green Bay Packers’ search for depth on the offensive line will bring veteran center Justin Britt to town for a workout this week.
Britt tore his A-C-L nine months ago and was released by the Seattle Seahawks. He started at center for Seattle for the last four seasons.
The Packers could use a player like Britt as they don’t have a true backup center on the roster and are very thin on the offensive line.
Money could be a factor and Green Bay doesn’t have a lot of salary cap space.
Before he was cut, Britt was scheduled to make $8.5 million this season.
