Four Kenosha protesters have filed a civil rights complaint about the way police have enforced the city’s curfew.
The group says there are two sets of laws in Kenosha. The four are among more than 150 people arrested for breaking the riot-inspired curfew that was lifted Wednesday night. They say police are not arresting pro-police demonstrators the same way they are arresting others.
