Wisconsin senior offensive tackle Cole Van Lanen has been named to the Associated Press Preseason All-American second team.
Van Lanen is one of a dozen Big Ten Conference players to be named.
He was second-team All-Big Ten as a junior.
Van Lanen has appeared in 40 games as a Badger, starting 14.
He’s the only Badger honored by the A-P team released Tuesday.
