It isn’t clear yet whether fans will be allowed to attend college basketball games this season, but the Marquette Golden Eagles know they can fill almost every seat.
For a 19th straight year, the Marquette men’s basketball team has finished among the top 25 teams in the country in regular-season average attendance.
The Golden Eagles had four sellouts at the Fiserv Forum last year and an average attendance of 15, 145 fans-a-game.
That ranks 15th in the nation.
Marquette is the only non-football school to rank in the top 25 every year since 2002.
