
The Manitowoc Public School District has a couple of meeting scheduled for today.
First up will be the Finance and Budget Committee, who will gather at 11:15 AM at the Admin Building. They will be discussing a Walmart Community Grant for water bottles at Franklin and Madison Elementary Schools, as well as a Healthy Classrooms Foundation Grant, before looking over the working draft of the 2020-21 budget.
Then at Noon, the full Board of Education will convene to go over the monthly financial report, the personnel report, and a return to school update regarding fall athletics and a school calendar amendment. The Board will then discuss the acceptance of a $22,000 donation from a Lincoln High School Alum for the MPSD Athletic Department.
