The Green Bay Police Department arrested a man after he allegedly issued phony reports to them multiple times in the past two months.
According to police reports, Moses Walls would call 911 and say there were fights, disturbances or people had weapons, causing the police to be dispatched. However, when officers arrived, there were no such incidents occurring.
Walls is now facing Swatting charges.
Swatting is a term that originated online, where someone would call the police on someone who was live streaming, telling the police that they had weapons, or were being violent, causing the swat team to barge into their home while on camera.
