A poll released Tuesday shows more than two-thirds of Wisconsin residents support the requirement that face masks be required in all public places.
The Marquette University Law School poll was conducted a few days after Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued a statewide mask mandate taking effect August 1st.
Overall, 69% of the people responding to the poll agreed that masks should be required.
There was a big split between the parties as 93%t of Democrats support the mandate, compared toonly 43% of Republicans.
