The Appleton Police Department is trying to figure out who is responsible for a hit and run incident that occurred late last month.
The incident occurred on July 28th, and the vehicle involved was a 2008 to 2012 Chevrolet Malibu which is missing its drivers side headlight assembly, which can be seen below.
