A man who is believed to be connected to a shooting in Ashwaubenon was arrested in neighboring Green Bay yesterday.
The shooting incident took place on July 24th in the 1300 block of Alice Drive, and resulted in one man receiving injuries to his abdomen. He was treated at a local hospital.
An investigation led officers to Casey L. Fulton, whom they found Monday morning. Officers saw Fulton leave an apartment, so they pulled his vehicle over on Lime Kiln Road in Green Bay.
Fulton fled on foot and was eventually found in a garage on Oakdale Avenue.
While formal charges have not yet been filed, police are recommending one charge of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide.
