A 26-year-old Green Bay man has been arrested and charged in a driveway seal fraud case, and he may be responsible for several others throughout Brown County.
Mico Miller would allegedly approach people unsolicited at their homes and offer to seal their driveway. After taking payment for the job, he would start the job, but stop partway through and demand more payment.
Miller has been charged with three counts of Theft by Fraud and had his bond set at $15,000 cash. He will be back in court September 14th for his initial appearance.
If you believe you fell victim to Miller’s scam, you can contact Brown County Investigator Roman Aronstein at (920) 448-6190 or by email, roman.aronstein@browncountywi.gov.
