A Manitowoc man was arrested on Wednesday after a month and a half long investigation into his actions on Snapchat.
On June 24th, a woman spoke with a Detective at the Manitowoc Police Department about some inappropriate messages that her child had received over Snapchat from 21-year-old Donovan J. Krueger.
The detective received a search warrant to obtain the messages off the account, with many of them sexual in nature. In one message, Krueger offers the child money for nude pictures, and $50 if the child had sex with him. He also sent nude pictures of himself to the child.
While he initially denied any wrongdoing, once the evidence was put in front of him, Krueger admitted that he did indeed send the messages and nude photos.
Krueger has been charged with Soliciting a Child for Prostitution and Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials.
