A small section of Franklin Street in Manitowoc will be closed off to traffic starting next Monday.
According to Greg Minikel from the Department of Engineering, staring on August 10th, the section of Franklin between South 17th and South 18th Streets will be closed for work on the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Building, which will require a crane to be placed in the roadway.
A detour will be set up to allow traffic around that area.
Traffic is expected to be allowed through that area again by Friday, August 21st.
