As hospitals continue to struggle to fill their blood supply, the Vertisi Blood Center of Wisconsin has planned a blood drive for this Friday in Two Rivers.
The drive will take place from 9:00 to 2:00 PM in the Behringer Room in the JE Hamilton Community House in downtown Two Rivers. All donors will be required to wear a mask while donating, and to help manage social distancing, donors are asked to schedule their appointments in advance by going to Vertisi.org.
With many blood drives canceled over the past few months, many hospitals are in desperate need to replenish their blood supply.
There is no artificial substitute for blood, so your help is much appreciated and needed.
