The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fraud case in East Brown County.
According to reports, two Hispanic men went to the home of an elderly couple on July 27th and offered to seal their driveway, demanding $10,500 to do the job. The couple ended up paying them $3,000 because they felt physically threatened.
The men claimed they would come back on July 29th to complete the work, but they never showed.
They were driving a white Chevrolet truck with the license plate KMX-0252, a photo of which can be sen above.
