A federal grand jury has indicted a 32-year-old Milwaukee man on arson charges.
A crowd gathered outside the house last month believing it was a sex trafficking hub. The house in the 2100 block of North 40th Street was actually set on fire twice.
Joshua Lusk was indicted Tuesday.
Crowd members thought two missing teenage girls were being held there – and, at one point, they injured three police officers by throwing bricks at them.
If he is convicted on the charges, Lusk could serve up to 20 years in prison.
The two teenage girls were apparently never in the house.
