U-S Marshals arrested an 18-year-old suspect in Madison Tuesday who is accused of committing several violent crimes against women.
The first case dates back two years to when Sir Melvin Tucker was 16 years old. He’s accused of sexually assaulting a 43-year-old woman, stealing cash, her cell phone and a debit card.
An arrest warrant was issued for Tucker when he allegedly tried to sexually assault another woman while he was on bail waiting for trial in the first case.
Investigators also think he was involved in an attempted carjacking, robbery and battery of a 77-year-old woman in Madison two weeks ago.
