Some neighbors say the protest parties staged outside the home of Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales are noisy and annoying.
The protesters say they are bringing their fight against racism to front doors.
Alderwoman Nikiya Dodd represents that district and she says they are a nuisance and a threat to public safety. Other neighbors say the protests are peaceful and understandable.
The protesters play music, dance, grill food and even play cornhole.
Dodd wants the activity stopped.
