The newest member of the Wisconsin Supreme Court will be sworn-in Saturday – while she is running a 100-mile ultra-marathon.
Justice-Elect Jill Karofsky won the seat on the high court during the April election. She had been serving as a Dane County Circuit Court judge.
Plans are for Karofsky, an avid runner, to be sworn-in at the 35-mile marker Saturday.
The ceremony will be live-streamed on Facebook.
