Authorities say a 24-year-old motorcycle rider from the Town of Buena Vista died Saturday after hitting a deer in Portage County the day before.
Accident investigators say Jakub Cieslewicz suffered severe injuries in the crash.
Deputies were called to the scene by the report of a man lying in the road.
Cieslewicz was treated at the scene, then airlifted to a hospital in Marshfield.
