As is starting to become the norm at many businesses, the Mead Public Library in Sheboygan is going to start requiring face masks on anyone over the age of three starting next Monday.
Library officials made this announcement earlier this week, and specified that the masks must cover both the mouth and the nose at all times.
Staff and volunteers were already under mask requirements; the new rules now apply to visitors.
If you do not have a mask, they will provide one to you for free, thanks to the Sheboygan County Mask Makers.
In conjunction with this new policy, the library is also planning on opening the 3rd floor Children’s Library on a limited basis in early August.
