Wisconsin Badgers senior quarterback Jack Coan has been added to the Davey O’Brien watch list.
The winner is singled out as the best college quarterback.
Last year’s winner also took the Heisman Trophy, L-S-U’s record-setting Joe Burrow.
Coan is one of four Big Ten quarterbacks making the preseason list of 30 candidates. The field will be narrowed to three finalists November 24th and the winner will be named December 10th.
Now that running back Jonathan Taylor has moved on to the N-F-L, Coan will be asked to carry more of the weight for the Wisconsin offense during 2020.
